Clean and cozy stay!

Had a great time in a king room for a night. The outdoor pool was awesome and super clean. The beds were comfy, but the toilet could use some updates. Breakfast options were lacking, just cereal and fruits. Fire and Ice restaurant nearby was a highlight with tasty meals and quick service.

The King Room was super clean, and I loved the warm, sparkling outdoor pool. There’s nothing like lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink in hand after a long day, but the shower felt a bit cramped. Overall, a solid stay, just don't expect a breakfast buffet that wows you! 🌊

Perfect for Families with Kids

The indoor pool was an absolute hit with my kids they couldn't get enough of it and the staff were super friendly they even moved up our breakfast time to accommodate our schedule which was above and beyond. And wow the complimentary breakfast blew my mind they had everything from waffles to fresh fruit all of it delicious and energizing for our busy days.

It wasn't exactly on the cheap side but it was worth it for the amenities and service.

The lush tropical landscape around the pool created a serene escape right in the city, perfectly complemented by the pleasant service from the staff. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring delicious hot options like waffles and baked chocolate cakes. However, while the indoor pool area was magnificent, at times it could get quite crowded, limiting space for swimming. Also, noise from nearby rooms occasionally interrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

The pool area was perfect for hanging out after our day visiting the nearby amusement park and local shops. Rooms were spacious and cleaning staff was efficient. Breakfast each morning was a nice bonus and the staff was super friendly!

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear our neighbors occasionally, which was a slight inconvenience.

The outdoor pool was a hit for a refreshing dip, and the breakfast spread with biscuits and gravy was a total winner! Plus, I enjoyed discovering the culinary gems nearby, like Ziggie's Cafe for a delightful brunch that made my taste buds dance.

But man, that shower situation was a bit of a tight squeeze, and I could hear my neighbors like they were right next door. We even had a few cobwebs hanging around, which just added to the quirky charm of the place.

During my stay, I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendly service provided by the staff, as they made every effort to ensure we were comfortable. plus, the nearby Sculpture Walk and the Discovery Center offered perfect spots for enjoyable weekend strolls and exploration with my family.

My children wished for more supervision at the pool area to make it safer and more enjoyable for younger guests.

Our stay exceeded expectations! The spacious room provided comfort for our family. Enjoyed the convenience of a Starbucks on-site, saving us time and money. The convention center's modern amenities allowed us to feel connected while enjoying our escape. Perfect for families!

I had a great time during my visit to the Ascend Hotel in Springfield. The pool area felt like a tropical getaway, with lush plants and a relaxed atmosphere. I spent a lot of time enjoying the indoor and outdoor pools, perfect for family fun. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. Breakfast in the indoor pool area was a highlight. The selection was impressive, with hot options like eggs and waffles. However, I did notice some room for improvement. The breakfast staff seemed a bit disengaged, which affected the vibe. Additionally, the noise from neighboring rooms sometimes disrupted our peace, making it hard to relax. A grab bar in the shower would enhance safety, especially considering the hard floor while exiting the tub. Lastly, the store by the lobby could use better signage, as I found it hard to navigate. Overall, a wonderful stay with room for a few tweaks.
